Warmth in a cold environment
Sikh Relief along with our partners a Sikh Assembly and the Jet Singh Trust have been distributing stainless steel vacuum flasks to the farmers protesting at the Singhu, Tikri, Ghazipur and Rajasthan borders for over 3 months now.
The flasks allow the people to keep hot drinks from our coffee machine for the day and they can keep themselves relatively warm with it when required. This is very useful as the protesters move frequently across the protest site and often return only to sleep.
Our machine continues to serve upwards of 30,000 cups of coffee daily and the fruit juicing machine also keeping the farmers nourished with essential vitamins and minerals.
We have distributed over 5000 flasks since last week and continue to do so. We do humbly request the Sangat to support us today for a better tomorrow and donate whatever you can to support the farmers demanding the removal of the arbitrarily imposed farming laws to save their industry, lives and futures.
